DESCRIPTION:Wings for Life World Run\nThe Wings for Life Foundation supports research projects and clinical studies around the world. Our main goal: Finding a cure for spinal cord injury. The Wings for Life World Run is helping to achieve that goal.\nThis race is unique – at the Wings for Life World Run, all participants start on Sunday 5 May at the same time, worldwide at 1pm (11UTC) virtually via the App. It doesn’t matter whether you are a professional athlete, a fun runner or a total beginner. There is no finish line. Instead, 30 minutes after the start a virtual Catcher Car begins pursuit, passing the runners one after the other.\nWe have an organised App Run Event in Green Point, in addition to the Individual App Run.
