Celebrating its 49th edition this year, ATKV-Applous remains South Africa’s longest-running school choir competition, showcasing exceptional choral talent from across the country and Namibia.

This year, an impressive 314 school choirs, representing more than 22,000 primary and high school learners, take part in the competition.

After a nationwide judging tour across 19 destinations, only 39 outstanding choirs earned their place in the prestigious finale.
