Cape Town Cycle Tour

Renowned for its 109km route circling the Cape Peninsula, Cape Town Cycle Tour takes its participants from the start alongside the Castle of Good Hope, in the shadow of Table Mountain, on a rolling adventure past pristine beaches, verdant forests amidst scenery that draws tourists from around the world. Between the main race and the newer 42km route, it attracts over 30 000 riders from around South Africa and across the globe. The event is a unique cycle experience appealing to adept cyclists, junior riders and anyone looking to kick start their journey into cycling. For one day of the year, bicycles rule the tarmac – The spirit of the riders and the support from thousands of spectators has made this cycling’s biggest street party.
