Cape Town Jazzathon

The Cape Town Jazzathon is the Mother City’s iconic Jazz Music Festival that features some of the best local artists in South Africa.

Affectionately known as the People’s Festival, the 3-day event celebrates its 29th anniversary and is the longest running music festival in the country.

The lineup features live performances by emerging and established artists across diverse genres such as Afro Jazz, Cape Jazz, Hip Hop, and Neo Soul.

The Jazzathon reflects the passion of the people who are proud to share South Africa’s rich cultural heritage with a global audience.
