The Investec SA Women’s Open is South Africa’s oldest and most prestigious professional women’s golf tournament, established by the Women’s PGA of South Africa in 1988.
Co-sanctioned by the Ladies European Tour and the Sunshine Ladies Tour, it brings together leading professionals from both circuits alongside top-ranked amateurs.
Hosted in Cape Town with Investec as title sponsor, the event is the showpiece of the Sunshine Ladies Tour season.
Iconic local players such as Lee-Anne Pace, Ashleigh Buhai, Mandy Adamson, and Barbara Pestana have won it multiple times.
The tournament also offers players valuable international exposure, with the champion earning exemptions onto the Ladies European Tour.
