The Jive Cape Town Funny Festival has been the Mother City’s antidote to the winter blues for over 20 years.
The giggle-fest has been packing in comedy loving crowds since its inception in 1997.
Every June (never during Ramadan, of course), the Baxter Theatre transforms into a laugh factory bringing together some of South Africa’s favourite comics and top variety acts from around the globe.
This unique recipe has proven to be a great success, and many audience members return for a double dose of chuckles during the season.
