KKKA Minstrel Competitions

For one unforgettable day, Cape Town’s streets will become a stage where music fills the air, colour dances around every corner and tradition takes centre stage.

The KKKA Minstrel Competitions invite spectators to experience the magic of the Kaapse Klopse as performers, musicians and supporters bring the city to life on their journey to DHL Stadium.

Sixteen troupes will compete under the KKKA banner, each adding its own flair, energy and creativity to this spectacular celebration.

From the first beat of the drums to the final performance, visitors will be treated to a vibrant showcase of culture, community and entertainment that has been loved by generations of Capetonian
