KKKA Voorsmakie

Hollywoodbets Kenilworth transforms into a celebration of music, colour and culture, when gates open for KKKA (Kaapse Klopse Karnival Association) Voorsmakie spectators.

The Voorsmakie Parade sees more than 8,000 performers from 13 Klopse and 3 Atcha Troupes giving Klopse fans a sneak peak into what they can look forward to at the Hollywoodbets Cape Town Street Parade on 5 January 2026.

Filling the venue with pageantry, rhythm, and Cape Town’s festive heartbeat – Bring your friends, your family, and your festive cheer for a day and night of racing, culture, food, music, and celebration.

Admission is FREE, and Voorsmakie Spectator booking is essential.
