LFA Mitchells Plain Cubs Festival

The LFA Mitchells Plain Cubs Festival is a grassroots youth football festival celebrating the next generation of football talent.

Now in its 12th year, the event brings together young players from across the region for a weekend of fun, teamwork and exciting competition.

The festival features matches for boys in the Under-6, Under-8 and Under-10 divisions, as well as girls in the Under-13 category.

Designed to encourage participation and skill development, the event provides young athletes with the opportunity to gain valuable match experience in a supportive and energetic environment.

Families, coaches and supporters are invited to enjoy a day of community spirit while cheering on South Africa’s future football stars.
