Proteas Men vs England 3rd Test

The traditional New Year’s Test returns to the Mother City, and it doesn’t get any bigger than a showdown between the Proteas Men and England cricket team.

South Africa takes on the Three Lions in Cape Town in Test action for the first time in seven years, as the iconic Newlands Cricket Ground once again becomes the centre of the cricketing world.

The Proteas will be aiming to keep Newlands a fortress, having won six of their last eight Test matches at the iconic venue.

From the grassy banks to the grandstands, the energy, fans can be part of a spirited atmosphere that has become synonymous with this traditional fixture that sets the tone for a new year.
