SA Navy Festival

The ever-popular SA Navy Festival returns to the Simon’s Town naval dockyards. Bring the family for a fun-filled day celebrating South Africa’s rich maritime heritage.

Don’t miss out on the Navy exhibitions and exciting precision drill demonstrations, fire fighting, dog shows and the chance to step aboard some of the active navy ships and vessels or a type 209 submarine.

Enjoy performances by the SA Navy Band and a wide range of food stalls to keep you fueled up.

Metrorail will be laying on additional train services; and a free park-and-ride service will be available from Fish Hoek Beach and Fish Hoek Sports Grounds to Simon’s Town and back throughout the day.
