South Africa’s Constitution – 30th Anniversary Celebration

To commemorate the 30th anniversary of South Africa’s Constitution, the Centre for Constitutional Values will host a one-day conference in Cape Town on 24 August 2026.

The conference will bring together leading local and international voices to celebrate the values that underpin SA’s Constitution and reflect on three decades of constitutional democracy. Through thought-provoking discussions and expert insights, speakers and participants will explore the opportunities and challenges ahead while examining the Constitution’s ongoing role in shaping South Africa’s future.
