The Totalsports Women’s Race is South Africa’s iconic women-only celebration, bringing thousands of women together for a 5km or 10km run/walk through the streets of the Mother City.

Held annually on 9 August, it’s more than a race — it’s a joyful, powerful display of women’s strength, health, and unity.

Join the famous “Sea of Pink” as social walkers, seasoned runners, mothers, daughters, and friends lace up side by side, all moving toward the same finish line.
