CITIZENS VS GLAMOUR BOYS
Cape Town City FC’s exciting stretch of home games continues with Kaizer Chiefs’ visit to the Mother City on Sunday 5 January 2025.
The two sides go into their clash both occupying mid-table and looking to move up.
A popular fixture on the Cape Town football calendar, a meeting between the Citizens and the Phefeni Glamour Boys is always a sold-out affair.

Chiefs has only won one game and the other ended in a draw.
Matches between the two teams are always electric, and fiery and this clash will surely provide supporters at DHL Stadium with an exciting Sunday afternoon.

PIRATES IN THE CITY
When Orlando Pirates touchdown in the Mother City ahead of the league match on 8 January 2025, it will be their third visit to the city in eight months.
The results from those games have mostly favoured the Johannesburg-based team, which knocked City out of the MTN 8 earlier in the season.
The two sides have had contrasting fortunes this season with Pirates currently contending for the title and City battling to get into the top 8.
The Citizens will be looking to turn the tide against the Sea Robbers and get their first win against Pirates in almost two years.
The midweek games starts at 19:30.
